As for large project field, our Company appoints field serviceman to settle in the field often and provide professional service. At the beginning of using the device, corresponding electrical, machine, and construction workers are appointed to the field in order to help users to rapidly adapt to the device property and operation, solve various problems at any time, and carry out one-to-one communication and training on user operation maintainer. After installing and debugging, it officially enters the running period, the field guarantee person will settle in the factory for a half year, sustainably track the running condition of the device, and train more user operation maintainers to learn more about the device in actual operation.
