The closed circulating water cooling system is applied to cool single crystal furnace and polycrystal furnace and used for respectively cooling upper and lower cavities, water cold cable, electrode, heat insulation cover installing flange, upper furnace cover, thermometer water cold bracket, lower water cold flange, AC power source and vacuum unit. As the most important single crystal furnace for the growth of the single crystal silicon, the furnace inside is under high temperature at 1400 DEG C for a long time, and the furnace body is generally made of stainless steel material, its withstand temperature is 300 DEG C below; if the furnace body is worked under the over 300 DEG C high temperature condition for a long time, the furnace surface can be rusted and corroded for the oxidization of the stainless steel material, and the furnace body service life is largely shortened. During the production process of the polycrystal silicon, the reaction temperature of the reduction furnace of the main device is also higher than 1000 DEG C. These heats must be cooled by the circulating water system to ensure the safe running of the furnace body. The application of the closed circulating water cooling system avoids the reduction of radiating performance of the circulating water system for scaling and effectively prolongs the service life of the furnace body.
